Project Life 2013 – Week 30 | Left Side

Greetings from the Sunshine State! Specifically I’m writing from Destin, Florida, which is on the Gulf of Mexico in the Florida Panhandle. This area is also called the Emerald Coast because the water of the Gulf here is emerald green in color.

But wait! There’s more!! The sand here is soft as powder and white as snow, with no rocks or boulders. The water this time of the year is like a warm bath water, and it’s crystal clear. Destin truly has one of the best beaches in the world. Don’t hate me for being here. We’re helping the local economy.

Here’s the left side of my two-page spread for Week 30:

Cool week card, eh? This was a fun one to make. Take a gorgeous photo of my beautiful grandson. Slap the week number and dates on the photo. Week card done!

Top row, right side:
More photos of 2nd Peter. I hate to brag, but he is one good-looking kid. And he’s so sweet and very intelligent. AND he’s coming to Destin on Friday! I’m beyond excited. I haven’t seen him in over three months. I’ll be glad to see his parents, too, of course.

    Lucky you. We have reservations in Destin for the first two weeks in October (our third trip). Love your project Life.

      We're all blessed that we've found Destin! September and October are our favorite months here. The weather is cooling off, but the Gulf is still warm, and it's not so crowded. I hope you have a wonderful stay! Thanks for your compliment on my PL! =)
